All orders are 100% Guaranteed. Creative Flowers “N” Butterflies creates each order in its original color, style and shape carefully created to meet our customers personal specifications. We have a complete line of totally unique (never seen anywhere) gifts for every occasion. Creative Flowers “N”
Butterflies creates all items by hand and no item is ever exactly alike. So each creation is unique and created with the use of the best quality materials.
 

RETURNS

Creative Flowers 'N Butterflies will go that extra mile to attempt to please and satisfy our customers always seeking their full satisfaction in all our products. If unsatisfied with your products, we will kindly refund, exchange or credit your account. Please remember that each item is handcrafted. We
will create your product(s) to your specifications and choices. Creative Flowers 'N Butterflies will authorize the following returns according to the following stipulations:

Creative Flowers 'N Butterflies erred in the order process:

You were sent an item that was not ordered.
Your order was not created to your specification.
You are dissatisfied with your order

In these instances, we will gladly refund the shipping cost and any applicable expense. However, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of product for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored. Returns must be sent within 10 days of authorization. Your refund will be applied in the
manner that you paid for your product(s).

DAMAGE CLAIMS:  Damages caused by delivery must be taken up with the postal service and reported within 2 business days of receipt. We strive to make sure that your item is packaged to prevent any breakage.

Order Cancellation:   A full refund can be issued if a customer has had a change of mind after sending the order. However, you must notify us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the creation of an item is started we cannot stop the process. We strive to please our customers and request that all orders are completely filled out to your personal details.
 

DELIVERY
 

Creative Flowers “N” Butterflies orders takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Priority mail delivery is possible when requested with additional charges. If you would like your order sent Priority mail please indicate this in the Comments Section of your order form. Please note that international orders may take longer for delivery even if this type of delivery is used. We cannot guarantee that delivery will be received in 3 business days outside the contiguous United States or during holidays and peak postal seasons. Personalized orders please allow 5 weeks due to the hand work involved in each creation.

We promise to do our best to complete the items ordered and ship them out to our customers as soon as possible. We can't however, guarantee the performance and delivery of the carriers. If there is a problem we will gladly help in tracking down the order.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
 

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Creative Flowers “N” Butterflies accepts Master Card and Visa through Pay Pal’s secured and encrypted system. Checks and money orders also accepted via our Mail Order Form. Order processing will not commence until Personal Checks have cleared, please allow additional delivery days if paying by personal checks. Money Orders will be processed as soon as payment and order has been received. You will be notified once mail order forms have been received.

You may also Fax your Mail Order Form to us for a more expedient process.  Fax your mail order form to:  (801) 469-0582.  Once we receive your order we will contact you for further instructions.
 

We will ship to Canada, the contiguous United States including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.   We can also ship to International customers.  Please use the chart below to help in shipping charge calculations.  If the order is a gift and you would like to send it to another address please fill out the Ship to Address.

Orders for customers with the billing address in Illinois will be charged 5% sales tax and shipping charges are as follows.  Different ship to addresses will not eliminate the 5% sales tax for Illinois residents:

Buyer is responsible for any customs or duty taxes that may apply. Any brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and an invoice for any applicable charges will be requested prior to shipment of order.

Priority Mail - We can deliver your order via Priority Mail with additional charges. Charges will be billed prior to delivery of your order. We cannot guarantee 3 business days delivery outside the contiguous United States and during holidays and peak seasons for the postal service.
